Objectives

The proposed project aims - based on the extensive R&D took place the last two years and the existing prototype of the i-SeT already running in 35 Hospitality organisations around Greece - to investigate the business case of the integrated i-SeT solution, which provides a turn-key service for widespread usage. Throughout the project lifetime the customization and the cost-effectiveness of the service will be validated in SMHOs, in order to develop an integrated deployment strategy and the associated Business Plan for the full deployment of the services provided.

The proposed project’s specific objectives are:

To demonstrate and test the i-SeT service to the target users by contacting 4 Validation Pilots in real environments i.e. :

25 SMHOs from AGROTOURISTIKI S.A. in Greece,
25 SMHOs from DIGIPRO in Cyprus
25 SMHOs from the Valencia Foundation in Spain
25 SMHOs  from Provinsia di Brescia in Italy

Based on these pilots the consortium will identify the adaptations needed in order to facilitate the effective deployment of i-SeT service in the targeted geographical segments.

To identify the best way of positioning i-SeT service in European market and addressing all the prerequisite issues for the successful deployment of the service first in the 4 countries in which Validation has been conducted (Spain, Cyprus, Italy, and Greece), and then progressively to the other European countries.

To conclude with all the assets, namely:

The validated Deployment Strategy and Business Plan needed for launching the Europe-wide deployment of i-SeT service (WP 5).

The above defined objectives will be continuously assessed and evaluated throughout the project life time with an integrated evaluation approach.
